I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy. I’m passionate about helping people cope with the challenges they face at any given point in their lives. I graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Honors Psychology. I then completed both a Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work degree at McGill University. I also completed a post-graduate 3 year certificate in Couple and Family Therapy at the Jewish General Hospital's Department of Psychiatry. My clinical training is wide ranged. I have experience in a variety of hospital settings . I worked for several years at the Saint Mary's Hospital in the Department of Oncology with patients and families affected by cancer. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and couples/families dealing with various life stressors.
